Supreme IT Is Replacing Nutanix With Microsoft Azure VDI: Upgrade by Friday, February 10
Supreme Lending has been using the cloud software Nutanix to access Encompass Plugged-In, Encompass Unplugged, and other Supreme resources. In an ongoing process to improve services, Nutanix will be replaced by Microsoft Azure VDI (AVD).
Please start using Microsoft Azure VDI now and upgrade before access to Nutanix ends this Friday, February 10.
If you have been using Nutanix, please see the instructions to install and access Microsoft Azure VDI on both a Supreme computer as well as a non-Supreme computer (BYOD) linked below, along with a link to a short training video on Docebo.
Reminder: If you have documents stored in Nutanix, back them up to your U Drive before starting this process. Click here to learn how to map the U drive.
International Travel Notice:
If you are planning to travel outside of the United States and will require access to Supreme resources, please note that use of Nutanix has been replaced with AVD. The use of AVD allows access globally without restrictions. Please contact the IT Service Desk seven days prior to your departure in order to ensure AVD is set up for you in advance.
