Regularly Scheduled VPN Maintenance Will Be Held This Weekend

Supreme Lending IT will be conducting regularly scheduled system maintenance this weekend, beginning Friday, March 10, at 9 p.m. to Saturday, March 11, at 6 a.m. CST.

All systems may be impacted during this time.

Enhancements Have Been Added to the Lock N’ List eLearning 

The Lock N’ List eLearning course in Docebo has been updated to reflect recent enhancements to the program. The training provides an overview of the program, how to enter the loan into Encompass, and how the program benefits sales strategy. The Lock N’ List program is a great tool to build real estate agent relationships as it allows sellers to lock-in interest rates to attract more buyers and potentially makes the home more affordable upfront. 

New Job Aid for Using the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF)

The Training Team has launched a new job aid in Docebo that provides an overview of the Supplemental Consumer Information Form (SCIF). This form captures information from borrowers pertaining to homeownership education and housing counseling and/or language preference.
