Managers: Employee Access Review Will Kick Off February 21
To ensure employees have access to the appropriate applications for their job functions and role, Supreme IT will kick-off our first Access Review utilizing our new EMS/Attestation system, beginning Tuesday, February 21.
How will this work?
For the Access Review process, Managers will review their direct reports’ access to applications with the option to remove access if not required for a specific employee. This will be a simple process utilizing our internally developed EMS/Attestation system and should take a minimal amount of time to complete.
Will all Managers be required to complete the Access Review at the same time?
Starting on February 21, we will roll out the Access Review process initially to Corporate departments, with Branches to follow at a later date.
Who can I contact if I need help with the Access Review process and will I receive instructions?
The Information Security Team will be available for support. Instructions to complete the Access Review process will be provided along with primary support contact information.
