Since launching this year’s required Compliance Training course earlier this month, 45% of the company has already completed the quick and simplified eLearning course in Docebo. Here’s what a few Supreme team members have said about the training:

New Lender Paid Buydown Materials Now Available in Ignite

The Marketing Team has created new materials for Loan Officers to promote the recently announced Lender Paid Buydown Option, which is branded as Supreme’s “Rate Buster” program. Available now in Ignite, there are branded and co-branded flyer options and a ready-to-share social media post.

Supreme IT Is Replacing Nutanix With Microsoft Azure VDI

Supreme has been using the cloud software Nutanix to access Encompass Plugged-In, Encompass Unplugged, and other Supreme resources. As an ongoing process to improve services, Nutanix will be replaced Microsoft Azure VDI (AVD).

If you have been using Nutanix, please see the instructions to install and access Microsoft Azure VDI linked below along with a link to a short training video on Docebo. 

International Travel Notice:
If you are planning to travel outside of the United States and will require access to Supreme Lending resources, please note that use of Nutanix has been replaced with AVD. The use of AVD will allow access globally without restrictions. Please contact the IT Service Desk seven days prior to your departure in order to ensure AVD is set up for you in advance.
