TOMORROW is Supreme Day!

Please join us tomorrow, Friday, January 20, in celebrating the date our company was formed in the NMLS (January 21, 1997). Participation is optional but encouraged!

  • Simply post the hashtags #SupremeDay and/or #SupremeSTRONG on your social media pages.
  • Copy and paste this message: Today Supreme Lending is celebrating #SupremeDay, the date our company was formed (January 21, 1997). For the past 25 years, in good markets and in challenging markets, the Supreme Team has stood #SupremeSTRONG.
  • Include a Supreme Day or Supreme Lending logo (sent in a previous email from Marketing), a photo, etc. One idea is to give a shoutout to a team member who you believe is Supreme STRONG, as Ram McCurdy, Jim Mihalik, and Annel Sanchez do in the video below.
  • Join and post on Socially Supreme, our company’s private Facebook page.

We’d love to see your videos! We invite you and/or your team to record and share a simple video featuring you all saying, “We are Supreme STRONG.” Any person/groups who submit a Supreme STRONG video will receive a special Supreme STRONG t-shirt! Please send your videos to Marketing@SupremeLending.com.

Who Is the Cost Approver for Print Orders in Ignite? Check Now!

For Loan Officers looking to place print fulfillment orders in Ignite, approval is typically required from a Branch Manager, who will be tagged as the “Cost Approver.” The Cost Approver field in Ignite is now visible for all profiles but can only be edited by a Marketing admin.

When a print order is made, a notification will be sent to the Cost Approver’s email address listed to approve the order. If the field is blank, the Marketing Team is set to approve by default. Loan Officers can now check their profile to confirm if their Branch Manager is listed, and Branch Managers can confirm that either their Regional Manager or Marketing is listed. To confirm, log in to Ignite, go to My Profile, and scroll down to find the Cost Approver field.

Please send any corrections or updates for the Cost Approver field to Marketing@SupremeLending.com.

How Cost Approvers Review Printed Orders in Ignite

Branch Managers assigned as Cost Approvers will receive an email notification from Distribion to review a print order when it’s placed in Ignite. To approve the order, log in to Ignite, and from the dropdown Menu select Browse Items Pending Approval.

Infosecurity Tip of the Month: Tax-Related Phishing

Tax season is upon us along with a perennial threat: tax-related phishing attacks.

Here’s an example:

Tax-related phishing could affect both business and personal accounts, so it’s important to stay alert. If you receive a questionable or suspicious email at work, immediately report it. Read the full bulletin to learn more tips to stay safe this tax season.
