Conventional Loan Limit Marketing Materials Have Been Updated

Because of this change, the branded flyers and social media post have been updated to reflect the new limit(s) and are available on Ignite.

This Week’s Tip: Data Entry Phishing Emails – Do Not Enter!

Cybersecurity Awareness Month is in full swing! This week’s tip covers data entry phishing emails, which remain one of the most effective ways for attackers to steal credentials and sensitive information. By using a malicious link to redirect victims to a fake login page, attackers can harvest sensitive information or credentials entered by the victim.

All too often, people give attackers exactly what they want. The good news: everyone can learn how to recognize and avoid these phishing attacks. There are several steps to take, such as always checking the spelling of URLs in emails, watching out for URL redirects, asking yourself smart questions before submitting any personal information online, and more. Read the full Tip of the Week Bulletin linked below.

Meet the Mother-Son Duo Tammy Tompkins and Trent Tompkins

  • Branch Location: The Tompkins Team is located in Cabot, Arkansas, which has been home to myself [Tammy Tompkins] and my husband, Tommy, for 22 years. My son, Trent, and his wife, Chelsea, moved back to Cabot in 2019 to raise their family. They have two children, Laura (2.5 years old) and Owen (3 months old). We primarily serve clients in the Central Arkansas area.
  • History With Supreme: I joined Supreme four years ago after working at a depository bank, where I managed the mortgage department. The bank was not able to offer the extensive products that Supreme can provide. Trent joined me at Supreme three years ago after coming from a bank in Fayetteville, AR, where he served as Business Development Officer.
  • The Tompkins Team Members: Myself and Trent make up the Tompkins Team’s Loan Officers. Gabriela Hernandez is our Loan Officer Assistant and is based in Monticello, AR. Jocelyn Tubbs is our Processor and is based in Jonesboro, AR.

  • Branch Specialties: Most customers in our footprint need help with down payment and closing cost assistance. A majority of our area does not qualify for USDA loans due to town populations, so we do a large volume of Arkansas Development Financing Authority (ADFA) bond loans. We were ranked #2 in the state for bond loans in 2021. We also provide a great amount of VA loans as the Little Rock Air Force Base is in the adjacent town of Jacksonville, AR.
  • Typical Day at Your Branch: With two of us working each file, we are able to divide and conquer. We have a pipeline meeting twice a week with our Loan Officer Assistant and Processor. We have to jump track when a property hits the market to help our borrowers get qualified ASAP. Our market is a tough one right now and that keeps us on our toes!
  • Keys to Success: God is our base. We try to make sure everything we do in our business honors Him. We work diligently at staying in front of real estate agents, are very involved in community events, and love the participation. Communication with our clients and serving others is the key!
  • Fun Facts: We are a Mother-Son Team and have fun working together! Tammy serves on the NPBOR Directors Board, serving many terms as Affiliate Director; Arkansas Southern Baptist Convention Board of Directors; Cabot Christmas Alliance Board; Housing Education and Learning Program (HELP) Board; and Arkansas Development Finance Administration Board. Trent serves the Board of the Joint Community Real Estate Council as the Affiliate Director and has been nominated to the Cabot Chamber of Commerce Board.
  • Favorite Thing About Working at Supreme: Our company’s leadership is key—from the top with Scott Everett himself to everyone at Corporate. Their desire to help is fantastic! Our Regional Manager Tiffany Fisher is a fabulous, caring, and involved leader. We all function as a family in our Region to help anyone with anything they need assistance with to grow their business. We are truly blessed!
