Coming Soon: New Loan Origination eLearning Courses

The Training Team will be launching two new eLearning courses that cover the processes and tools for originating loans. Whether you are new to Supreme or simply need a refresh, these helpful training courses coming soon may benefit you:

  • Originating at Supreme Lending – This on-demand training course will be a comprehensive exploration of all processes within Encompass and Program Finder that originators perform at Supreme. It will have several modules covering the various forms and tools in Encompass, including a systematic walk-through of all tasks such as completing the URLA, ordering credit, running AUS, quoting and locking a loan, getting fees, sending out disclosures, and more.
  • Encompass Basics – This course will provide a detailed overview of the essentials of Encompass, from customizing the pipeline view, viewing a loan, and navigating the forms, to highlighting the tools and services within Encompass.

Another $50 Drawing Will Be Held for Everyone Who Has Completed the Compliance Training

Have you completed this year’s Compliance training yet? If not, there’s still time to complete the two quick eLearning courses in Docebo and be included in the next Compliance Training drawing for $50, held this Friday, August 26.

Awesome job to the 22% of the company who have completed at least one of the courses, and CONGRATULATIONS to the 20% who have successfully completed BOTH courses!

Tech Tip: Zoom vs. Teams Meeting Invites in Outlook

As Supreme Team members continue to use both Zoom and Microsoft Teams for virtual meetings and calls, here’s a tech tip when sending meeting calendar invitations in Outlook. For Zoom invitations, make sure to disable the option to join the meeting on Teams to avoid confusion. To do that in Outlook, go to File > Options > Calendar and unselect the option “Add online meeting to all meetings,” pictured below.

When creating a new meeting invite, you can also disable the online meeting feature by clicking on the Teams tab in the top left corner and selecting Don’t Host Online, pictured below.
