Introducing Bi-Weekly $50 Drawings for Completing the Compliance Training

Exciting news! Beginning this Friday, July 29, the Training Team will be holding bi-weekly drawings for those who have completed the required 2022 Compliance Training Courses. Winners will receive $50 gift cards! Drawings will be held every other Friday until the training completion deadline on November 4, 2022.

Everyone who has completed the training by each of the Friday drawings will be eligible to win. For example, if someone already completed the training on July 8, they would be eligible for every drawing going forward. If someone completes the training on October 1, they will only be eligible for the three remaining drawings. The sooner you complete your Compliance Training, the more chances you will have to win!

Currently, 262 Supreme Team members have successfully completed both 10-minute courses and will be entered into the first drawing this Friday! Want a chance to win this week, too? Log in to Docebo to complete the courses today!

Meet Heidi Shaw, Sr. Compliance Analyst

  • Hometown: Gilford, New Hampshire
  • History With Supreme: I joined Supreme Lending in March 2018 and have always worked in the Compliance Department. Currently, most of my time is spent answering Compliance Support email questions, working on the project team that handles testing changes to the system, training on compliance-specific topics, reviewing loan-level compliance inquiries, and researching compliance issues.
  • Favorite Thing About Working at Supreme: The people I work with are wonderful. I get to talk with people located all around the country. Working in Compliance, I do not always have the best news for people, but they are still receptive and friendly.
  • Fun Fact People May Now Know: I played ice hockey in high school. When I joined the team, I did not know how to ice skate. I fell face first on the ice in my first game. I practiced hard and impressed myself by the second season.
  • Favorite Vacation Destination: I like anyplace warm that has pretty water.
  • Special Interests and Hobbies: My newest interest is being involved in 603 United, which is a non-profit organization that provides social inclusion programming, such as team sports and group movement activities, to bring together adults in the community with and without intellectual disabilities. 603 United aims to support adults with intellectual disabilities by providing social structure and connection, physical activity in an accessible and encouraging environment, and a wide support system with other participants and volunteers.
