Friday, July 8, 2022, beginning at 9 p.m., through Saturday, July 9, 2022, at 6 a.m. Central Time.

All systems may be impacted during this time.

Open Enrollment will be held Monday, July 11, through Wednesday, July 20. Stay tuned for more information. 

Reminder: Generic Bond eFolder Placeholders Will Be Implemented by the End of the Week 

We are in the final stages of the eFolder clean-up effort in Encompass with the organization of the Bond placeholders. The new generic naming conventions for all Bond disclosures will be launched by the end of this week! This will streamline the process and reduce the number of placeholders in the dropdown list.

Please find the updated Bond eFolder Placeholder document linked below that specifies the changes. We appreciate the feedback we’ve received and have incorporated the updates.

Mortgage 101 Training Is Now Available in Docebo

New to the mortgage industry or need to brush up on mortgage terms? The Training Department has launched the Mortgage 101 eLearning course in Docebo. This 15-minute on-demand course provides a basic understanding of mortgages, including the life cycle of a loan, mortgage terminology and acronyms, types of loan programs, interest rates, and the mortgage payment equation. It’s a great introductory course for those who are new to the industry.

Compliance Training Made Easy for 2022

Since launching Supreme’s annual required Compliance training courses last week, 55 Supreme Team members have already completed at least one of the brief eLearning trainings. Remember, this year’s training only consists of two 10-minute courses, and it’s easy to jump to the end if you already feel confident enough to take the final assessment.
