Juneteenth Federal Holiday Notice
On Monday, June 20, 2022, Supreme Lending will not be observing Juneteenth as a corporate holiday and will remain open. However, it is a federal holiday and banks will not be operating. It will not be considered a business day in the rescission period for refinances or when calculating waiting periods.
The Lock Desk will be open on Monday, June 20, and will issue a rate sheet. Since banks will not be operating, the Wire Desk will be unable to process wires on this day and will resume normal functions on Tuesday, June 21.

This week the Products Department announced the newly expanded Portfolio C program, which has added Non-QM and alternative documentation of income, including 12- and 24-month bank statements, asset depletion, and Debt Service Coverage Ratio (DSCR) for investment properties.
